Why women trust me

I am selective about who I work with — not to be exclusive, but because I take the outcome seriously.

Inside Fertile Essence, my 1:1 private mentorship program, I hold an 8 in 10 conception rate. That number exists because I don't take on women I can't genuinely help, and because the work is specific, personalised, and built around your cycle — not a generic protocol applied to everyone.

I've supported over 150 women through natural conception — women over 40, women with unexplained infertility, women who were told IVF was their only option. What they share isn't a diagnosis. It's the experience of feeling like their body was a mystery they couldn't solve. That's what I'm trained to change.

My qualifications are extensive — an Advanced Diploma of Ayurveda, advanced fertility training with the Raju family, certified Fertility Awareness educator, and over 700 hours of clinical training over 4 years, and then a further year of private mentorship. But what I bring to this work that no qualification can give you is the lived experience of being the woman sitting where you're sitting now.

I know what it feels like to look at your future and feel the ground shift.

I also know what it feels like to get it back.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start knowing — I'd love to work with you.

From Burnout to Baby Wisdom

I didn't come to this work from a place of having it all figured out.

I came to it at 31, freshly out of a 10-year relationship, sitting with a fear I hadn't expected to feel so acutely: that I'd run out of time. That I'd chosen the wrong path. That by the time I met someone new — if I did — and felt settled enough to make that decision together, my body might not cooperate.

That particular kind of fear is its own thing. It's not just about fertility. It's about your whole life feeling like it's been recalculated overnight.

I'd spent my twenties doing what felt right — travelling solo, teaching yoga in Cambodia & Thailand, working in film and TV, discovering Ayurveda at 24 in a way that changed how I understood everything about the female body and its relationship to nature. I thought I was doing everything right. And then I started learning the Fertility Awareness Method and discovered I was having infertile cycles. Despite everything.

That was the moment I stopped being a practitioner who understood fertility intellectually and became a woman who needed to understand it personally.

I went to India with my new partner (now husband) and did Panchakarma — a deep Ayurvedic detox. What came back wasn't just a healthier cycle. It was something I hadn't expected: emotional steadiness. Calm. More energy and juice for life than I'd felt in years. A deep, quiet confidence in my body that I hadn't known I was missing.

I am now 37. I haven't started trying to conceive yet. And I have never felt more certain about my body, my timing, or my future.

Not because I have a guarantee. But because I know my cycle intimately. I know my fertile window precisely. I know what my luteal phase is doing and why. Recently I had a longer cycle than usual — and instead of spiralling, I paused, retraced the past few weeks, and realised I'd changed a supplement. I understood immediately what had happened. No panic. No catastrophising. Just knowing.

That feeling — that specific absence of fear where fear used to live — is what I have spent the last several years learning how to give other women.

Not false reassurance. Not optimism. Pattern clarity. Cycle literacy. A body you can trust because you finally understand what it's telling you.

That's what this work is. And that's why I do it.

Because I believe fertility is a woman's birthright.

My Approach

Most women who come to me have already tried something. A supplement protocol. A diet overhaul. Acupuncture. Testing. Tracking their cycle with an app. Sometimes all of it at once.

The problem isn't effort. It's that each piece was working in isolation — without a map of what was actually happening in their body, and without the foundation that makes any intervention actually stick.

My work combines three things that I've never seen combined anywhere else in the way I do it:

Fertility Awareness Method gives us the data. Your cycle, charted precisely — ovulation confirmed, luteal phase assessed, fertile window identified. Not guessed. Known. This is the foundation everything else is built on, because you cannot restore what you cannot see.

Ayurvedic fertility medicine is where the restoration happens. Not as a generic protocol — as a personalised one. Based on your cycle data, your constitution, your lifestyle, your history. The cleanse, the nutrition, the herbs, the nervous system regulation — all of it is specific to you. This is what makes the work work. There is no standard formula. There is only your pattern, and what it needs.

Yoga and nervous system practices are what holds it all together. Because a body that is chronically stressed, depleted, or running on cortisol is a body that will resist every other intervention you throw at it. This isn't an add-on. It's the environment in which everything else happens.

Together these three things do something that no single approach can do alone: they show you exactly what is happening, restore the conditions that make conception possible, and regulate the system that has to be calm enough to sustain it.

That is what Fertile Essence is built on. And that is why it works when other things haven't.
